Mosaic collects anonymized, non-identifiable usage events (such as which screens are viewed and how features are used) to help us improve the app. This data cannot be linked back to you as an individual.

We do not collect:

• Your journal entries or personal notes
• Your emotion check-in content
• Your name, email, or any identifying information (unless you opt in to our mailing list)
• Location data

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All personal data you create in Mosaic (check-ins, notes, tags) is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly export it.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for anonymized crash reporting and performance monitoring. Any such service is configured to receive only non-identifiable data and is bound by strict data processing agreements. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or any service that profiles individual users.

4. Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you are always in full control. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and deleting the app removes all stored data from your device permanently.

5. Future Changes

We may introduce optional account features in the future. If and when we do, we will update this policy and notify users clearly before any data handling changes take effect.
